We want your Nova cover to feel like it was made for you. If a ready-to-wear item isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Custom orders

Because custom covers are made to your specifications, they are final sale — but if anything about the fit or finish isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll work with you on a solution.

How to start a return

Send us a note through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.
